If the "details site is empty" refers to the 'Webpage Dialog' window being blank after clicking on 'Result details' - then I am seeing the same results. Running Win8.1 w/IE11. However, result details ARE listed when using the 'Copy to clipboard' option (and then pasting into Notepad).
After this non-functionality was noted on patch Tuesday, I rolled back the OS to a before-update state, MBSA was fully functional again. Then re-updated, 'Webpage Dialog' window is once again blank - so it appears to point to something in the December 2014 updates.

But for some reason we cannot update to IE11 and still are working
with IE 10 ((
As we see, kb3025390 have not some analogues for IE10,
but we have the same trouble with empty MBSA "Result Details" page
Are the some ways to resolve it?
