I keep getting error below i have added all permissions to ServerCertification.asmx but still getting errror The required Windows Rights Management client is present but the server refused access. When u configured IRM in Central admin did u use the option "default specified in AD" or something like that Dont use the option where u specify the RMS server name, if u r still getting that error some permission still might be missing Ensure Farm Account, Application Pool account and WFE computer is added to the RMS Server certification pipeline Microsoft Certified Master | SharePoint 2007 Blog
