Microsoft Jet Engine Unspecified Error
I have a ssis package ,inside in a dataflow task iam pulling data out from the OLEDB source and writing to Excel destination i have already created a excel file and pointing to it.
It gives an error:
Unspecified error.
Iam not able to figure it out.
Can somebody help me in it.latha

could be data conversion error... can you print the error message... check the input and output column datatypes and use data convert task to convert them to correct data typeshttp://uk.linkedin.com/in/ramjaddu

So the package does not run even once? And please post the entire error.

There are no errors due to data conversion or some thing like that.
When i drag and drop the excel destination and open it i gave the Excel Connection manager to connection field.Select Table or view.Now then pointing to select table it says
"Unspecified Error"

Its 32 bit.
I just now open the package again just deleted the data flow task and again created it from scratch now there is no error.
But i need the reason why it was failed yesterday saying "Unspecified Error".Now it working fine.latha
