Does Microsoft have a system similar to Quest InTrust manager for event log management for security and compliance.

A program system that securely collects, stores, reports and alerts on event log data for Windows servers and clients.

sorry if there is an obvious solution I am not positive what I am looking for.

You can find most of features in windows 7 or 8 and windows server above than 2003
