Hi all

I need to delete two secondary sites in sccm 2007 but before delete it I need to trasfer all informations (distribution point server,ecc) to  the primary site, what are the steps?

Hi,

There is no possibility to transfer a DP from a secondary site to a primary. Remove and reinstall the DP will do it.

I thought to use Trasnfer site Setting option to perform the various task.

What exactly do you want to transfer? A primary site should already have everything that the secondary site had so?????

thanks I remove and reinstal the DP on the primary site. 

But is it  necessary delete the smspkg folder and recreate it or it's not necessary?

No you don't need to delete it all the packages will be resent to the DP.
