Hi Ahmed,
Well of course read the management pack guide coming with the MP is first to do.
Next if you still dont get the site state i think it was something like
the SCOM action account should have read permissions to the SMS database (granted thru the SQL management studio).

How long ago did you install the MP?
What error messages do you see in the OpsMgr Event Log on SCCM Site Server?
