Multiple Checkboxes set by Dropdown list
Hi,
Is it possible to have a dropdown list which when an item is selected it sets multiple checkboxes ? This would allow grouping of complex selections into logical groups with friendly names.
Thanks in advance,
O

Hi OBM,
I am afraid you cannot do this in the same dropdown list.
You can have two parameters behave as Cascading Parameters. So when you make selections in the first dropdown list, the values selected are fed as parameters to the dataset of the second parameter. Your second parameter can then have its set of default values
bound to its dataset. So the second filter would have the checkboxes checked based on the selections made in the first drop down list.

If you need it for parameter then YES.
In report properties
select "All multiple"
In available values, insert your required values.
It will work.Regards, Amey
