After Office 2010 is installed Multiple upload feature disappears from Sharepoint and has to be instantiated again. Wanted to know if there is a way to keep this from happening? I have about 5000 users that are not aware of the environment and tend to never see the Active X control that tells them to 'run Active X'. So I am wondering if this is included in somewhere in Office package or if there is a script that can be written or if someone could just make this known to Microsoft???????ABTek

Hi ABTek, Thanks for sharing your problem. Maybe you didn’t install ActiveX control. ActiveX is installed by the Office setup program. Please try to repair the Office 2010 to ensure the ActiveX in installed correctly.Best regards. Emir
