Hi All. I have an SSIS package that is configured with a job. This job creates a fixed width text file to be used by the mainframe on the Windows file share server. I need to create an NDM process to push the text file to mainframe so that I can automate this process. Can anyone point to me any information that is necessary to execute this task? Hi Ion, AFAIK NDM is for moving a file from one Mainframe machine to another, so whereas a file needs to travel from Windows to Mainframe the FTP can be used or a socket connection.Arthur My Blog

Arthur, I know FTP can be used but Is there a way you can configure NDM to push files from a Windows file Share Server to Mainframe. As you know that FTP is un reliable, so I am trying to avoid using it. Thanks, Ion
