I bought a gateway computer with a built in tv tuner in it and I followed the steps it shows to set up recording and or watching live tv in the media center I followed this but didn't work I even tried a splitter The channel comes up like its supposed to however it only shows the channel on my tv not the channel the computer shows is supossed to be showing. Now gateway is telling me I need to configure the tuner and they will let me know how to do that for only $129.00 I already spent $800.00 on this computer and its only been 12 days but they say this is not covered under the warranty because its a software issue so I have to pay it. I don't think thats right. Could anyone help me out with this I am not sure what to do and I really want to use my tv tuner in my computer Please help anything wouldd be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!
