Network share not accessable
hi
facing problem with one of my server, its network share has becme unaccessable every after 24 hours. if i restart the server then only it is start working. i have seen the event log , one log is arrising for that "TCP/IP protocol stack reported that
it run out of memory"
can any one help me to resolve this problem.
its OS is windows server 2003, service pack2

I suspect this is a Windows Server 2003 issue. Since it is System Center Essentials Forum here, to get more appropriate information and suggestions,

Having said that, I'd still like to suggest you
upgrade the NIC driver of this computer to have a try. If this issue persists, please go to Windows Server Forum for further investigation.
