No options to Modify Web part in IE9
In IE 9 when we try to edit a web part that had been added to our SharePoint 2007 application, the "Modify Shared Web Part" option on the edit menu for the webpart is missing. I'm able to access that menu with IE8.

I can verify this behavior on Win7 64 bit, IE9 32 bit. You have to switch to "Compatability Mode to correct the behavior.
Maybe someday IE will be compatable with WSS?/bac
