Notification Subscription- How to just exclude a rule
Hello- I setup a subscription and set the criteria for specific classes. But I want to exclude a certain rule because I need to treat that rule differently. I don't see where I can select all except. What is the workaround- do I have to
break the class apart and select each monitor/rule and leave the one I'm interested out?
Thanks!

Hey John
Selecting a full class or MP is kinda the old way to setup email because people get too much email and ignore them.
If people have access to the console I find it a better idea to let them setup notifications for the alerts they are actually interested in...
You end up on a better track then just blanket notifications..

Hi
You can also bring in severities and priorities as criteria for the sending the notification. It might be that you can exclude the rule based upon one of those (e.g. set priority to low). You sadly can't just exclude a single rule though.
Cheers
