I am getting the following error in my amtopmgr.log.  The test machine is setting at Not Provisioned.

ERROR: [EnrollmentWrapper]: Communicate to Enrollment service error. The service URL is https://server.domain.local:443/EnrollmentService/AmtEnrollmentService.svc. Please check: 1. The service URL is correct and accessible. 2. Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Activation is installed on the OOB service point and Enrollment points. 3. The OOB service point and the Enrollment point are mutual trusted, means each Site System Identification certificate is swapped to other's trusted people store

1.  The page loads but I get:
This is a Windows Communication Foundation service. 

(Server name is obfuscated)

Metadata publishing for this service is currently disabled.

2. WCF is installed on the single server acting as both OOB and EP.

3.  OOB and EP are on the same server.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with CSS as they can work with you to solve this problem.
