OSD Problems
Hi,
I am trying to install Windows XP SP3 32 bits via the SCCM 2007 OSD.
I made an "Operating System Image" from the Capture Media
I am able to get it to PXE boot, however it comes up with the following error:
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc0000098
Info: The Windows Boot Configuration Data file does not contain a valid OS entry.

Hi,
Boot images has been already added to the PXE distribution point

And review if the boot image contained in ConfigMgr is correctly associated with the task sequence. In addition, you can take a look at this link for more details about ConfigMgr OSD

Hi Flavio,
If it's the first time you use SCCM to deploy OS, I suggest you take look at this article for deploying Windows XP:

It looks like (at least) one out of two things have occured:
1: You have another pxe server in the network.
2: Your DHCP options 66 and/or 67 are configured incorrectly. 66 should contain the name or ip address of your pxe point and 67 should normally read "SMSBoot\x86\wdsnbp.com"
