OSD upgrade to 64-bit

Hi Frank,

Have these PCs run a hardware inventory cycle and reported back in yet? The default for that cycle (if I remember correctly) is 7 days.

You may have to wait quite a while before the cycle completes and phones home. Check InventoryAgent.log on the clients in question as a starting point.

I am in the process of upgrading windows 7 from 32-bit to 64-bit and I found a few computers in several labs are not reporting back as 64-bit.  I have two collections for windows 7: 32 and 64 bit.  The task sequence did finish, the computers still show up in the 32 bit collection and do not show up in the 64-bit.  I use a query computer system. system type is equal to x86-based PC and windows 7.

I waited several days to see if they would finally show up and they still have not.  Every night the computers run a shutdown and in the morning I have a program that powers them on.

I was just wondering if anyone can help??

Thanks

Frank
