This is crazy id love to use this but im puzzled as to why these things are not sorted by the time it goes to market.  Ive upgraded clients to 8.1 but moved over to soluto for all my pc administration.  

Common Microsoft you should be leading the way on this stuff you cant expect to role out a new operating system and pull functionality from the IT people that are assisting in implementing your product.
