Outlook approve/reject button disabled
Hi, I have a virgin ILM 2 install (Exchange and ILM on the same box). Approval email go out okay, but the approve/reject buttons are disabled - this happens on both the server and client.

When you installed the client and entered an email address for the service account, is the email address what you entered here and the email address you send from identical? Thanks Andreas, I think that is it, the email addresses are slightly different. Is it possible to change it on the client without re-installing?RegardsSteveSteve Mitchell

For information:You have remove and re-install the client to change the email address. The installer does have a change option, but it does not work.Steve Mitchell
