Package Slow
i am working on ssis 2008.
my sourse and destination are both sql server.
i am using oledb sourse and destination. for loading 3 Core recods its ttok 30 minits.
they is no keys and indexs in my destination table. its simply independent table.
why its took 30 mints.
plz let me know

no Trnsformation. only sourse and destination.

I have two servers.
i move data from one server to another server.
i was createing package with sourse and destination oledb. each time only 7000 records were inserted. it took 30 to 40 mints for loading 3 core records.

yes. i was used fastload option. but its took 30 to 40 mints time for loading data.

Copy the package and replace the destination component with row count to check how much time package is taking to read the data from source server.Nitesh Rai- Please mark the post as answered if it answers your question

Koen, I think Vamsi is refering to 10 million records by 1 core.
