been tryin to fill-out 4 different credit cards and I get the same error:

I am having the same problem I am a college student and i have been trying to purchase windows 8.1 for students. The site is not accepting my credit card or paypal  I want to know who i can contact,. I currently have windows 7 but  i do not have operating system disk and my network adapter drivers are all screwed up. I need to do a fresh install. I need this product now. The representative i talked to has not fixed my problem yet.
