Primary Server Site code to be changed
Hello,
I just installed an SCCM Primary Site Server. The site code needs to be changed, as it did not match the location code as required. Could someone pls help me in changing the Site Code of my Primary Site server as per required?
Thanks

Simply cannot be done.
You will need to uninstall and reinstall.
fyi, the site code, the 3-char site code... Why is it required to match the location code? It's really shouldn't be a requirement. You would be better served to remove that requirement from whatever internal documentation you have.Standardize. Simplify. Automate.

I totally agree with Sherry. Make your site codes total randomness. Primary site server site codes can never be reused so you may as well not get used to a certain one for a certain site. I use P01 for my first site (P for primary) and I keep incrementing
the number for each new site. Luckily I haven't gotten to 99 yet. Once I do who knows what I will do next ;-)
