Problem with console
Hi:
I have SM 2010 SP1 + CU3.
Now, I have 6 from 11 users having the same problem, when the try to connect to Service Manager with the console.
This is the error:

We thought that was a Framework error, so we reinstalled Framework 3.5 SP1 and installed Framework 4, but the problem still ocurres.
Any suggestion or advice?

It looks like the scsm server cant be connected.
You can ping the scsm server from the client computers? Maybe a Firewall/port issue? Are all clients with the issue in the same subnet with the SCSM?

Yes, we can ping, resolve names and access ports on SM servers.
The 11 clients are in the same subnet, only 5 of them have problems.
A user who can't work from his/her computer, can access SM from another computer with no problems. So, I think it's not an user problem.
Any other idea?
