Hi Andy, Did you have any agent that is not HP Workstation? And what is the status? Are all agents shown as not contacted yet? What is the health state of the problematic agents? If all agents are not contacted and there is a green check with OK, it is usually because there is a GPO in place that is pointing your computers to an update (WSUS) server other than the server on which SCE is installed. Besides, check the C:\Windows\WindowsUpdates.log on the problematic agents for related error messages. If you are using proxy, this may be caused by programs that are running on the client computer or by general network-related failures. To configure one client computer, please use one of the following methods outlined. If you know the name of the proxy server that you are using , please try following steps:a. Click Start, click Run, type cmd , and then click OK. b. At the command prompt, type proxycfg -p proxyservername : port , and then press ENTER. c. At the command prompt, type exit , and then press ENTER. If you do not know the name of the proxy server that you are using, please import the settings for the current user from the Internet Explorer proxy settings. To do this, please follow these below steps: a. Click Start, click Run, type cmd , and then click OK. b. At the command prompt, type proxycfg -u , and then press ENTER. c. At the command prompt, type exit , and then press ENTER. Hope it helps,Yog Li - MSFT
