We're starting to put together documentation for the installation of the PXE service point on our SCCM secondary servers. We've got the process down, my question is regarding the self signed certificates when installing the PXE service point. Are these certificates used in Mixed Mode as we're configured, secondly, is there a limit as to how far I can allow these certificats to be valid. By default, it would appear that the default length is 1 year, is there any reason not to set this length any further in the future, i.e. 2, 3, 4 years etc? Final question, if I experience an expired certificate one year from now (I had initially installed PXE service point on two sites with the default one year expiration) what are the steps to redeploy with a longer expiration? Any input would be appreciated. Chris
