It seems I am having issues with how the UOCListView is displayed after I have over 7 tabs in the User RCDC. When I have 8 tabs I get this display for the UOCListView: When I have under 7 or less tabs I get this: It only seems to be an issue with the additional tab with a UOCListView. If I have over 7 tabs and do not have a UOCListView all tabs render completely fine. I have tried making all UOCListView my:ExpandArea="false" or my:ExpandArea="True" But I still get the same issue. I have version 4.0.3531.2 for FIM Portal.

I recall running into a similar problem with a very old build - and the version you have there is VERY old :).
