Hi,

we have a cloud hosted server that we connect to over a private VPN, the server is running RRAS with NAT.

the issue that we are having is that randomly we will loose internet connectivity on the server (it is the default gateway for the network) and because of this we cannot connect in or out.

over the private link we can connect to the server and re-start it but not via the public interface.

Any thoughts or suggestions on where to go with this would be appreciated, this has been happening for a few months now and although we are not in the office 24 hours It is disrupting our business as we have international people connecting and when we loose the connection it is causing our business to stop functioning.
