Rebuilding SCCM server
While trying to re size a disk on our SCCM servers one of the sys admins has pretty much crashed it. The server will no longer boot. After trying a few steps we are currently in the process of trying to restore the server from our back ups.
If this fails I'm looking at rebuilding the server from scratch. This wasn't an overly complex set up, it was basically just doing inventory, EP, and WSUS. We had a single primary site that all the clients connected 2. I have the installation
instructions from the company that installed this for us a year ago. My questions are, if I follow these steps in the installation guide left to us, using the same site codes and everything, what problems am I potentially looking at? Would it be
easier to just set up a new site code? And, I have full backup of the SQL database, can I rebuild the server, install SCCM, set it up using the same site code and then just restore the databases?

I should also add this is a 2012 SP1 sccm server.
