Remote Assistance
All the sudden when I try to do a remote assistance with a user I get this follwoing error message: "the remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable" I never had this issus before and I am doing this on the SCE2007 server not console. All i did was update the management pack on the server itself for helpdesk technician to use SCE console to manage remote users. Any Ideas? Thanks Deep Kumar
