Some of our colleages left the company long back and they have been removed from our Corporate Active Directory however they are still reflecting in our SharePoint Site . Is there any way to cleanup those users from SharePoint site . Its a SharePoint 2010 site.

Dirk Van den Berghe, I beliieve this below article says what I am facing for our farm. Our SharePoint Farm is in Production for last 2.5 yrs . It was upgraded from MOSS 2007 to SP 2010 . Is there any way to fix this issue unless deleting these user profiles manually from SharePoint site ? What kind of third party tool we may use to counter this problem. Hi, Here's a useful blog post which contains 2 scripts. 1 to create a list of Orphaned accounts and the second to delete them based on the list created.
