Hi Radhai, As Ayyappan posted, it might be caused that the Report Server and other Web Server are listening to the 80 port at the same time. Based on your environment, you can try to other URL access to Report Manager and Report Server. For more information about How to: Configure a URL (Reporting Services Configuration), please refer to the article below: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb630447.aspx If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thanks, Bin Long

Hi Radhai, If we configure a new URL address for Report Server or Report Manager, it means that we need to use the new URL address access to Report Server or Report Manager. This behavior will not impact all contents on Report Server. If you resolve this issue, please let me know. Thanks, Bin Long

Hi Radhai, Based on my research, 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' means the Report Server is not respond. There is a similar thread, please refer to JinChun Chen’s solution to deal with this issue. http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlreportingservices/thread/0375a251-8ae6-40d1-a3b4-1b25f2c0ed05/ Regards, Bin Long

Hi Radhai, Sorry for my delay response. Have you try to use the IP address access to Report Server? For example, http://IPAddress:port/reportserver. If possible, please post me the Web Service URL and Report Manager URL configurations in Reporting Services Configuration Manager. Thanks, Bin Long
