I am not getting the default delivery method “Report Server E-Mail” in the Delivered by drop down box. Is that an Installation issue or configuration issue? please let me know what should i do. Appreciate your help

Hello, Yes, you have to setup email-configuration for SSRS. In windows start menu => Microsoft SQL Server 2005 => Configuration tools => Reporting Services configuration. In this app it's at the end of the left list "E-Mail settings".
