Root Management Server Unavailable
SCE 2007 SP1 on Win2K3 R2 SP2 I get this error everytime I start the server or restart OpsMgr Health Service The root management server (HealthService) is running but has reported limited functionality soon after 7/16/2008 2:52:48 PM. The specific reason code is 43 and description is " System workflows essential to running of the product have failed to load. ". How do I find out which workflows have failed to load and how do I fix it?

Hi, Whether you have enabled Dell MP and installed any SNMP network devices on the SCE server? If so, please try to remove the dellMP. After that, please restart Ops SDK, Config and health Service. Then, Monitorwhether the issue would happen again. HTH.

Spoke too soon. I'm still receiving the error after removing the Dell MP. I don't have any SNMP monitored devices.

Hi, Try toset the DB of both operationsmanager and operationsmanagerDW to autogrowth and then reboot the SCE server to see if it did the trick. HTH.
