[WSS3] Hi All, Since today, It's taking a lot of time (+1 minute) for the root site (<a href="http:///default.aspx">http://<servername>/default.aspx) to appear. Any other site/site collection is appearing instantly. Any thoughts? Thanks a lot in advance

Hi arevach, You can probably monitor the SharePoint page on your root site collection (http://<servername>/default.aspx) performance Using the Developer Dashboard. In SharePoint 2010, a built-in utility called Developer Dashboard lets you analyze performance of your SharePoint pages.
