this problem was solved by copying librfc32.dll (32bit version) to syswow64 and running the MA under x86 mode. other changes also are made, but I don't think it affects: 1- copy librfc32.dll (64bit version) to system32 folder and register it 2- install VS 8.0 64bit distributable
