Database has restored from backup.
Did you use ConfigMgr's restore mechanism or did you just restore a SQL backup?
It would not be supported to just restore the SQL database.
If you used the ConfigMgr restore: did you run a site reset after it?

Yes, restored with ConfigMgr repair wizard and after that I run site reset.
All other seems to be ok, but only collection dosen't show up.
I can read and write everywhere else.
If I click Collections icon and run Export, I can see there all those collections. If I go forward with Export, it goes error and can not Export collections. I also try to create new collection, but can't.

Hi,
1# That problem is also apprear on a remote console ?
2# Is the .Net 4.0 installed on the ConfigMgr server ? If so, try to remove it and reboot the server ? Otherwise if you use .Net 3.5, so make sure that all related last hotfixs are installed.
3# If 2# doesn't solve the problem, so reapply the SP2 of ConfigMgr, collections will get recreate with the right IDs.
4# Also, you can verify with your DBA that SQL DDL audit is not enabled.

Hi,
I will reapply also R3 cause collection evaluation process change in R3 with dynamic collections updating, and the error message in log file seems related to.

What was the reason for the restore? Could be related problem? Also re-applying a service pack sometimes helps as well.Follow me through my blog and

Still working on it, but 'sp_TransferMembership' prosedure is different than new installation. So I try to change that on test environment and check if it help.

Bechir Gharbi:
No, we don't have .net 4 installed
Jannes Alink:
We change server. We have renamed new one with old name + IP etc. Those all are ok. Everything else seems to be ok, but collections dosen't show up.
If I try to export Collections, I can see those on grid, but when I go forward it gives error and export is halted.Mika
