In SCCM 2007 R2 I have created a collection based on query to retrieve computer objects from an AD OU. However the collection is empty. I need some help trouble shooting this issue. The query criteria is done with System Resource - System OU name with 'is equal to' / 'lower case is like ' and the OU is done - as DomainName/com/Workstations/OUName. Thanks

Thanks Jason I enabled AD System Discovery but did not enable AD System Group. Does it slow down the network?

It's still just querying AD just like AD discovery. If you have millions of objects in AD then sure there is a possibility of impacting your domain or network.
