Are you refering to the SCCM PXE role?
You remove that role from a site system by using the site configuration in SCCM.
If you mean the ordinary WDS service you will have to uninstall that on each server. The easiest way in my eys is to right click on my computer and choose manage on thet server.

First uninstall PXE Service Point in ConfigMgr, and then WDS role on the server. Watch PXESetup.log for successful uninstall.
After that install WDS again (without configuration) and add the PXE Service point again in ConfigMgr. Watch PXESetup.log for successful install.
Don't forget to add your Boot images again to the SMSXEIMAGES$, otherwise PXE boot won't work anymore! That's it!My ConfigMgr blog: http://henkhoogendoorn.blogspot.com Follow me on Twitter: @henkhoogendoorn

To remove the PXE role, just open the console, go to Site Database\Site Management\[Site]\SIte Settings\Site Systems\[Site Server]. Then in the right pane, right-click on the role and delete it.
After deleting PXE role in SCCM, you can disable the WDS in Windows Server from the console of your Windows Server.

Hi Ameen01,
I have needed to perform the same task as yourself in the past... and I couldn't have found a better step by step guide than this:
