SCCM 2012 Collections with Large Number of Results

Our "All Workstations with Active Client Installed" collection in SCCM 2012 SP1 has over 10,000 devices in it.  When I am running the console and I choose to show members it populates up to 10,000 then pops a yellow notification bar stating, "Configuration Manager returned a large number of results.  You can narrow your results by using search. Or, click here to view a maximum of 100,000 results."

This is rather annoying since it will then need to re-populate the list from scratch.  Is there any way to set the max on this so it goes away?

I'm running Windows 7, SP1, 64bit.

Why not use sub-collections, queries, or reports to view the systems?

Using collections to browse data is not a good idea generally.
