Problem 1: When accessing SCCM administrator console to connect to user system we get below error from MMC Snapin(we have published, unpublished so many times but no joy)
"Unhandled exception in Managed Code Snapin"
Problem 2: We can take user session through configuration remote console tool but when trying to trouble shoot issue related to OUTLOOK, SD unable to click on menu bar or tool bar or left side of Outlook.

Hi Torsten,
Thanks for ur prompt reply,
SMSAdminUi.log can we find this in User computer or service desk computer for problem 1 and problem 2. Because i am unable to get this log from my system as my system is also part of SCCM collection.
But i can see three logs ClientLocation.log, LocationServices.log and RemoteControl.log.
Will that be helpful. Again ur prompt reply is much appreciated.

It's located on the machine where the admin console is installed. You mentioned that the console is published using Citrix, so the logfile can most likely be found on the terminal server.Torsten Meringer | http://www.mssccmfaq.de

Hello - I think, the problem 2 is not related to SCCM. You will get better replies in Windows OS forums?
Why don't you try a reinstall of console in citrix?Anoop C Nair - This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees, and confers no rights. |Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually
