I have setup queries for several Collections from ADUC OUs. However, most recent Collection does not populate with same number of computers that are located in the OU. In addition, I am seeing computers in Collection that are not members of OU that is queried. Any direction in troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated. Larry W. Wilks

Discovery is neither a synch nor is a real-time process. If the site server cannot resolve the IP address of a computer object, it will not be discovered and thus not put into the collection. Also, Discovery only runs once a day by default. Thus, any changes you have made in AD will not be reflected until it runs again. You can force it to run or change its schedule.
