SCCM R2 to R3 Upgrade Error 25013
I tried upgrading R2 to R3 and received this error:
Product: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R3 -- Error 25013. Setup was unable to create collection(s). Verify that your account has create rights on the Collection class. 0x800706BE
Now it's stuck in roll back and I'm not sure what I should do? Do I try to end the process? Will this break anything? Any one seen this before?

Well I ended the program in task manager and currently rebooting. We'll see if I'm going to have a long night ahead of me....

Yes, R3 says Yes in Site Properties. I was just scared that the Database would be messed up if the rollback didn't complete properly. Not sure why it just hung there on the Rollback screen but all went well after rebooting and running the upgrade
with elevated rights (not sure if the elavated rights had anything to do with it).
