Hi,
Did you check update via control panel, windows update? Some optional updates show if you check update online.
In addition, how do you configure your SUP? Make sure you check all catagory that is repuired.

Not all updates available via Microsoft/Windows Update are available in the WSUS catalog which is what ConfigMgr uses thus your comparison and criteria are not valid.

SUP is configured correctly, i can see the missing patch on SCCM but their is no system missing for that patch, 0 System required this patch, which is not true

Are the systems where you suspect the update is needed properly scanning? Have you reviewed wuahandler.log on one of these clients? How many clients do you have under Unknown for that update?

wsyncmgr.log is saying "SyncBatchMinCreationDate not set, using default 01/01/2001, I believe this something causing the problem

with one line from the log, difficult to guess the actual problem .more info will help others to respond you.what does the other log says like updatestore.log (what is missing, what is installed) .if any issues found from wuahanlder.log ,you should also review
windowsupdate.log for further troubleshooting.
if you are sure that,Configmgr not marking updates are missing (what other status do you see if not missing? ) but the computer really require the patches, you should review the logs if the scanning done correctly or not ?
