SCOM 2007 R2 and SCVMM 2008 R2
No data is available for this report. Possible causes include:- The performance rules for the report have not been enabled in the Windows Servers Base Operating System Management pack...This is the error That I get when trying to access to the host Utilization report.How do I enable that?Thank you.

Check to see what is documented in the guide for the management pack.The message seems to indicate that there are optional performance collection rules in the base OS server management pack that are disabled. You will need to enable them by override.Microsoft Corporation

After some additionaltesting I found out that the problem was due the fact that I didn't enter the FQDN for the host. Thank you.

Where didn't you add the FQDN? I am having the same issue, and I don't know where to look.

I'm guessing he means in the report data picker. The key to these classes is the FQDN, so just entering the DNS name wouldn't work.Microsoft Corporation
