SMS 2003 Primary site decommission

Hi,

I hope I will find somone who has still remember something about SMS 2003 :-)

I have got green light for decommission of SMS 2003 from our enviroment (we have already replced it by SCCM 2012). I have started from one-by-one removing all sites from SMS. Now only Primary site server left but before I will remove it I would like to ask you for few things:

1. When I will uninstall PS, it will touch IIS on PS server? I asking beacuse we have few addictional websites on this IIs and I would like to be sure, it is safe.

2. If IIS not wil lbe touched, SMS uninstall process will clear IIS from SMS 2003 sites or I should remove it manually? If not, do you remember which sites I should remove manually from IIS?

3. In AD we have System Managment container (used by SMS 2003 and SCCM 2012). I have heard I should "clean" it manually after SMS 2003 decommission. If it is true, what  Ishould remove from that container?

4. During uninstalaltion of SMS 2003, database will be removed also or I should remove it manually after?

Thank you for all answers.

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with CSS as they can work with you to solve this problem.
