SP 07 WSS Who Dunit
How do you determine who created a Library? I can see how long ago it was edited, but how do you find out who and when it was created?

You will not be able to do this using Sharepoint GUI. You will have to query the database to find out exactly who did it.Here is an article that will help you with this.
