Hi I have created a report using BIDS and published to my sharepoint site, howebver when i click to edit the report located in the libary report builder opens it asks me to choose a connection to a data source so i click next but then i get the error saying. An error occured while loading the query designer RS Object reference not set to instance of object. Can anybody help, im using SQL server 2008 and report builder 2.0 John

Hi John, What's the datasource type used? embeded or shared? What's the credentails the datasource uses? Try to edit the datasource and choose stored credential to see if the issue is solved.
