SSIS Packages and SQL in different servers
you can deploy the SSIS packages to File System of the sql server, then you can create sql jobs where you can add "SQL server integation services package" step and choose File System to pick the package. But while deploying the ssis package, you ned to choose correct option so that sql agent user can run the package. regards joon

Hi... I have my SQL and SSIS installed in different severs.I wanted to create a job to run this SSIS package.Please post the resolution ASAP. Thank you in advance. Swathi
