Hi, I'm encountering an error when installing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on WinServer 2008, with a sql server 2008 r2. Hi Pavel Drozdov, According to the screenshot of the error message, I agree that the problem could be related to SSRS. Basically, I would like to know if you are running SSRS in sharepoint integrated mode. If that is the case, please re-configured SSRS to run in Native mode. To do so, a. Open SSRS Configuration Manager tool, click Connect. b. Click Database tab, make sure Report Server Mode is set to Native. If not, click Change Database button and select native Report Database. If the problem still occurs, you may decide to re-install SSRS. Let's see if the problem can be resolved. Thanks, Eileen

thanks for answer! I checked the server mode, it was native. I resolved the problem by changing the SSRS account to different one. I think it was network services by default.
