We have converted few classic rules to declarative rules. We have written few Synch rule as outbound flow for few attributes which are not getting fired, but in the same synch rule we have written inbound flow for few attributes which are working... If we are converting the outbound attributes back to classic rules they are working fine.We have projection code called through sync services.. Please help us out.

So your problem is related to Outbound Attribute Flows in Synchronization Rules, right? How happens the attribute change? By Admin via Portal or by another Inbound Attribute Flow? How is your MPR triggered that starts the SR with the Outbound Attribute Flow? Do you see any related requests in Search Requests? Do you see chances in the Connector Space of the FIM MA/Matthias

We havent written any MPR for Rule to be fired. We Have configured our Synch rules for outbound flow in FIM. In preview of Synch services we see that the synch rule is not applied for the attributes.

srinivasyk: Classic rules are always active for MA Declarative ISR's are always active for a MA Declarative OSR's have to be added by a Workflow to an object. This is can be triggered by an MPR. To conclude: you need to define Workflows/MPRs to make sure your SR's get added to your objects of interest.
