My display/monitor keeps continually restarting or turning itself off the on again - usually just after start up... It actually seems to happen less if i have a few programs open or am using data or doing tasks online...? This only started to happen after i  was playing around with the samsung monitor picture display settings, and my computer's performance/power plan settings, etc...! 

I know i probably should've not played around with these (and a few other) settings, but i did, and now i need to somehow undo whatever mistake that i made ...any ideas?
